Shipping Agreement
Customer is responsible for choosing the appropriate shipping options at checkout. If the correct options are not chosen, the customer will be responsible for a re-delivery fee and any additional fees necessary to have the order delivered.
If you do not have access to a dock or a way to get an item off delivery truck, you must choose a shipping option with a lift gate.
Freight Shipping Options

Liftgate Delivery: Carrier uses mechanical liftgate device to lower freight from the trailer to the ground.

Residential Freight Delivery: Delivering to residential addresses requires maneuvering through neighborhoods and unloading freight.

Limited Access: The delivery location requires additional labor for the driver to complete the delivery (locating the recipient onsite, security inspections, etc.). Most common limited access sites include daycares, schools, assisted living/nursing homes, farms, government buildings, restaurants, self-storage units, medical buildings, construction sites.

Inside Delivery Charge: Fee applied when a carrier must go beyond the loading dock to pick-up or deliver the shipment, generally to a driveway, porch or garage.

White Glove Delivery: Inside delivery, first floor room of choice, with dunnage removal.

Delivery Appointment: The time and date agreed between the seller and buyer for the goods to arrive at the selected destination.
