Tot Mate Return Policy: 


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Tot Mate furniture may be returned. Returns must be requested within 30 days of the date of delivery. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment source. 

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly through the Tot Mate website, with an original receipt of purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Ready-to-Assemble units must be returned with all hardware and boxes. 

Items that return soiled, damaged or altered will not be accepted or refunded. Please be aware that damage includes any shipping damage during the return of the item(s). Credit (minus restocking fee) will be issued after return is inspected, if it is found to be in good, resalable condition. No credit to be issued if the unit is damaged, or not in resalable condition. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

Cancelling an Order:

We understand that there are times an order may need to be cancelled.  If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at 800-350-3270.

An order can be cancelled with no fees within the first 24 hours after order was placed. If it is past 24 hours and the order has not shipped, we will do our best to stop the order and cancel or refund any charges we have posted for the order minus a 25% cancellation fee. In the event the order has already shipped, you will be responsible for any shipping costs to have the order returned to us in addition to the cancellation fee.
